(Note: The "annual meeting," with election of officers and board members occurs in May each year.)
Meetings:
Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month (except December) at 7:00 p.m., usually at the First Presbytarian Church at 115 West Front Street in Buchanan. Alternative locations have included the American Legion and the Senior Center in Buchanan. See "Locations." Any change in the meeting time or place is announced in the Berrien County Record and other local newspapers, in our quarterly Newsletter (if known at the time of its publication), and by e-mail to members and others who have requested notification.
Committees:
The Board of Directors acts as an oversight committee for all projects.
Work days:
Work days will be the 2nd & 4th Saturdays and the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays from May to September from 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M.
Additional work days are also held by arrangement.
